Pest Control Request

Hayes Properties has my permission to allow a representative of our company to enter my rental home during business hours (no time slot is required unless necessary) to complete pest control, even if no household member is home at the time.
Hayes Properties has permission to enter my rental home, only if a household member is present at the time of the repair. ~Note: if a household member is not home at the time of the appointment, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the tenant.
