Noise Complaints

Options for Resolution:

Option 1: Noise complaints after 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM - Call the police.

​

Option 2: Fill out the Contact Us form and let us know that you would like us to call the Tenant and ask them to lower the volume between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. After filling out the form, please call Steve at 559-909-4449 to let us know you filled out the form. (Call the police for anything after 10:00 PM)

Option 3: Fill out the Complaint / Grievance Form. We will send the offending tenant a notice that they have a complaint against them.

Please Note:

  • We understand the importance of anonymity to ensure safety for all tenants. 

  • No complaint / grievance will be documented or considered until this form is completed. 

  • This form must be completed for our company to consider it, take action, or move toward finding a solution

  • Management will issue a notice to the offending tenant that they have a complaint / grievance against them. This notice will not mention of the Tenant who reported the complaint or grievance.

  • The offending tenant will have 8 business days to respond to the complaint / grievance. 

  • If the offending tenant does not respond within 8 business days, any action taken will be at the discretion of Hayes Properties

  • If the offending tenant does respond to the complaint denying or disputing the complaint, Hayes Properties will determine a course of action.
